Our design team takes direction from our Provider Analytics Roadmap (PAR) methodology which can help our clients determine a prioritized roadmap and strategy. Then our front-end design team works through an agile development process to work with analysts, end users, and stakeholders to listen closely to their needs and map or prototype the features required to meet their business needs. The development team then works through multiple iterations and acceptance tests of front-end applications to determine that the applications we produce meet the defined requirements of data users.

Once the application is live our Build, Operate, Train, Support (BOTS) approach to application development determines that we build an effective solution and then work through the necessary stages to transfer the application to internal teams to support and extend it in the future.
