Our design team takes direction from our PAR methodology
which helps our clients to determine a prioritized roadmap and
strategy. Then our front-end design team works through a detailed agile
development process to work with analysts, end-users, and stakeholders
to listen closely to their needs and map or prototype the features
required to meet their business needs. The development team then works
through multiple iterations and acceptance tests of front-end
applications to ensure that the applications we produce fully meet the
expectations of data users.
Once the application is live our BOTS (Build,
Operate, Train, Support) approach to application development ensures
that we build an effective solution and then work through the necessary
stages to transfer the application to internal teams to support and
extend it in the future.
